FEE SCHEDULE AND POLICY: ISSUER MEMBERS

Membership Fee

Waived / Free

Processing Fee

999 Malaysian Ringgit (exclusive of disbursements and GST) for preparatory work and completion of statutory due diligence. This amount is payable immediately upon signing of the Engagement Letter.

Onboarding Fee

7,000 Malaysian Ringgit (exclusive of disbursements and GST) for onboarding related services including business due diligence, form processing, consultation and offer marketing preparation work. The onboarding fee is payable in two tranches prior to the launch of the Offer.

Administrative Fee
(Only one of the follow two fee schedules will apply)

  • Fee Schedule A: Offers with pre-committed Lead Investor/s: 4% on the Lead Investor contributed amount; 7% on the remaining raised balance amount (admin fee %s are exclusive of disbursements and GST)
  • Fee Schedule B: Offers with NO pre-committed Lead Investor/s: 7% on the total raised amount (admin fee %s are exclusive of disbursements and GST)

These admin fees %s are charged to either the gross amount of funds raised equal to the target amount, or in the case of over subscription, the total gross amount raised within the Offer period. No administrative fee will be charged in the event the Issuer falls short of its Offer target at the end of the Offer period. This administrative fee will be netted out of the investment funds that are transferred from the escrow account to the Issuer upon completion of the Offer. A prospective Issuer will be informed of the applicable administrative fee % prior to the launch of the Offer.

Nominee Service Fee

In the event the Issuer elects to appoint a share trustee company, or nominee, there will be a separate nominee service fee charged by the service provider. A prospective Issuer will be informed of the applicable nominee service fee amount and fee schedule prior to the launch of the Offer.

Payment Processing Fee

The Issuer will bear any incurred costs to transfer the funds from the escrow bank account to the Issuer’s corporate account. This administrative fee will be netted out of the investment funds that are transferred from the escrow account to the Issuer.

FEE SCHEDULE AND POLICY: INVESTOR MEMBERS

Payment Processing

The Investor will bear any payment processing fees incurred in the following cases:

  • Transfer of investment funds to the escrow bank account
  • Transfer back of investment funds from escrow account to designated Investor bank account or debit card in the event of an unsuccessful Offer, or if the Investor elects to withdraw funds within the 6 business day cooling off period
  • Remarks: Kindly note that it is the obligation of the Investor Member to ensure that the details of the designated Investor bank account provided to the Platform are always up to date.

The following mode of fund transfer are made available to prospective Investors:

Domestic Investors

  • E-payment via FPX (a payment system operated by Malaysian Electronic Clearing Corporation Sdn Bhd)
  • Debit card payment
  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
  • Manual payment via Cheque

International Investors

  • Debit card payment
  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
  • Manul payment via Cheque
  • For TT and manual payment, please email enquiry@crowdo.com to request instructions.

Payment processing fees will be added to your Investment account when transferring to the escrow account, and deducted from your investment amount if you withdraw your investment or the Offer fails to reach its target within the Offer period.

Note on currency and exchange rate risks

All transactions will only be accepted and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). If you have a non-RM denominated account, you may receive a different amount from your originally transferred out amount depending on changes in exchange rates. Crowdo Malaysia does not bear any responsibility for losses which may be related to these exchange rate fluctuations.

Refund Policy

An Investor may cancel an investment any time during the 6 business day cooling off period, or any time during a Material Adverse Change. Please email enquiry@crowdo.com confirming the email addres attached to your Crowdo account, name of the Offer, and the Invested amount you wish to cancel. A member of our team will then process this for you and send you are written confirmation of the cancellation
